YKK is a squirrel-cage high-voltage motor, while YRKK is a wound-rotor (slip-ring) high-voltage motor. The wound-rotor design provides higher starting torque and lower starting current, making YRKK preferred for mills, crushers and high-inertia loads.

Our YKK, YRKK, YKS and Y series high-voltage motors are available in 6kV and 10kV classes, from 100 kW up to 1700 kW (for example the YRKK1700-12, 1700 kW).

A PMSM eliminates rotor copper loss, offering IE3+ (or higher) efficiency and a better power factor than induction motors. It is ideal for energy-saving variable-frequency drives in cement plants, fans and pumps.

The Z4 series is a DC motor optimized for industrial applications requiring precise speed control and high starting torque, such as paper machine main drives, rolling mills and printing machinery. It supports 160V/400V/440V armature voltages from 1.5 kW upwards.

For harsh, heavy-duty loads such as mills and ID fans, wound-rotor (slip-ring) motors like YRKK or YRKS give high starting torque and lower inrush current. For simpler fans and pumps, squirrel-cage YKK motors are more economical.

Our motors are proven in rolling mill coilers, paper machine main drives, metallurgical and port cranes, cement plants (kiln, mill, ID fan), and HVAC ventilation fans.
